puffin' to lose the muffin

hi, my name is heather and i am 19 years old. i started my weightloss journey on the 17th of january 2012. within a year i had lost about 40kg (nearly 90lb). going from 107kg to 67kg was the biggest change i have ever made in my life. i have never been the type to stick things through - especially with diets.

in november and december 2012 i had 3 surgeries - a tummy tuck, an arm lift and a breast lift and augmentation. this was to remove excess skin i incurred from losing weight, and restore my former breast size.

if i can do it, there is honestly no reason you can't. there is nothing special about me. i don't have super human will power or some magical body which makes it easier to lose weight. i have struggled with food my entire life. i know how you feel. you can do this!
